The books you receive from training skills have now changed to Bonus XP instead of instant XP.
How bonus XP works:
Say you get a book that gives you 10,000 bonus mining xp. When you mine a block, you will receive double the normal amount of xp and your bonus xp will go down.
You still get the same amount of xp as you did before, you just have to work for it. Instead of instantly getting xp for nothing, you train your skills and get double xp until you have earned the full amount.
(You can still receive instant xp books, but they are less common).
Treasure Hunter
Command: /th
Everybody gets 1 treasure key per day. You can use your keys to open treasure chests and receive a random item.
Simply type /th and click on a chest to receive an item.
You only get your daily key when you type /th. You won't receive a key if you don't log in, and when you do log in you must use the command.
You can keep your keys and let them build up over time.
You can claim a key once every 20 hours.
The items range from apples and sticks, to diamonds and emeralds, to enchantment books and spawn eggs, to super saddles and coloured names. Many different items. You just need to be lucky.
There's also a range of money prizes, rewards points, double xp time, skill books and trading cards.
Also from treasure hunter, you can receive skilling outfits.
Skilling Outfits
These outfits are unbreakable leather armour that gives bonus xp in certain skills. An example, each piece of the mining outfit will give an extra 2% xp, every time you earn xp.
They are only obtainable from treasure hunter.
The values may still be adjusted.
If you would like to purchase extra treasure hunter keys, they will be available in the donations store later.
